Shipping Policy
- Mainland Spain:  24-48 hours
- Balearic Islands: 2-5 business days
- Canary Islands: 4-7 business days
- Europe:  4-7 business days

Please note that all orders require an additional 24 hours for preparation and delivery to the post office.

Important notes:
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address or want to change it?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at online@lvgn.com before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, changing the address becomes extremely difficult, and there is a high probability that the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will need to resend it, and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply in some cases. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, VAT, and customs fees required for shipping to their country.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refuse delivery and the package will be returned to us.

LVGN is not responsible for any taxes, shipping fees, or customs charges. The buyer is responsible for covering these costs.
