- Peninsular Spain: 24-48h
- Balearic Islands: 2-5 working days
- Canary Islands: 4-7 working days
- Europe: 4-7 working days

What happens if I entered an incorrect shipping address or want to change it?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at online@lvgn.com before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, changing the address becomes extremely difficult, and there is a high probability that the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will need to reship it, and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply in some cases. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, VAT, and customs fees required for shipping to their country.
If you do not agree with these terms, please refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us.
LVGN is not responsible for any taxes, fees applied to shipping, or any fees incurred at customs. The buyer is responsible for covering such costs.
Return Policy
At LVGN, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately to resolve any inconvenience at online@lvgn.com or via Instagram @lvgn_official.
LVGN will cover the return shipping costs only if the order arrives damaged or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Our customer service team will verify the return request and provide you with instructions if the return is approved.
Exchanges & Returns
Our goal at LVGN is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the item(s) in exchange for a Gift Card.
To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date. After this period, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed for the value of the purchased product, excluding shipping costs. Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and a refund will be issued based on the condition of the returned items.
- If an exchange is requested, the customer must use the provided store credit to purchase the desired item. LVGN is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during return shipping.
